Ingredientes:
- 225 gr. de harina
- 110 gr. de azúcar
- 3 cditas. de levadura química
- 1 pizca de sal
- 200 cc. de leche
- 1 taza de manzanas picadas en cubitos pequeños
- ralladura de 1 limón
- 85 gr. de manteca derretida
- 1 huevo
- 1 cdita. de canela en polvo
Preparación:
1.- Tamizar en
un bol la harina con la levadura y la sal, colocar el azúcar y hacer
un hueco, en el centro poner el huevo apenas batido,
la leche, las manzanas picaditas, la manteca derretida, el limón y la canela.
2.- Integrar los ingredientes secos con los húmedos mezclando con un
tenedor, hasta que no se vean rastros de harina.
3.- Llenar los moldes de muffins hasta las 2/3 partes.
4.- Cocinar en
horno precalentado a temperatura media (180º) durante unos 12 a 15 minutos aprox. o
hasta que estén dorados.
